Refund policy

Since this is a digital download and there is no way prevent fraud, the refund policy for digital downloads is that refunds are not authorized unless it can be determined that there was an ordering mistake. 

To be eligible for a return, you must be able to prove you purchased the item erroneously (for instance, you accidentally purchased two of the same thing). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads and digital products like printable packs, activity packs, digital guides, and ebooks.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
